Short version: read anything you like, take what is useful, and do not mistake a web page for an engagement. Advisory work starts with a signed agreement, never with a form.

Everything on this site (the pages, the checklist, the build write-ups, the pricing) is general information about how CELX Advisory works. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not tailored to your company. Do not act on it as though someone looked at your situation, because nobody has.
The checklist scores what you tick. It does not diagnose your business. A real read takes three days inside your team, and it ends with a written verdict rather than a number out of twelve.
Submitting the contact form, booking a call, or reading a price does not create a client relationship, a contract, or a confidentiality obligation. An engagement begins when both sides sign a written agreement that says so, and not before. Until then, do not send confidential material through the form.
Prices shown on the site are current as of the effective date above and can change. The number in a signed agreement is the one that governs.

The writing, diagrams, page design, and the methodology described on this site belong to CELX Advisory LLC. Quote it, cite it, forward it, or link to it freely. Do not republish it wholesale as your own, and do not use the CELX name or marks to suggest an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.
Anything you send through the form stays yours. Sending it gives CELX Advisory permission to read it and reply, nothing more.
Links to Google's booking page, Substack, LinkedIn, and anywhere else are provided for convenience. Those services are outside CELX Advisory's control, and their terms apply once you are on them.
The site is provided as it is. It may go down, a page may be wrong, and a build write-up describes what worked for one company rather than what will work for yours. To the extent the law allows, CELX Advisory LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
This section is about the website. Liability under an actual advisory engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, which says something different and more specific.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about the site go to the state or federal courts in Collin County, Texas.
These terms can change. When they do in substance, the effective date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
