Short version: no cookies, no advertising pixels, no tracking you from one visit to the next, and nothing sold or shared for marketing. The contact form is the only thing that collects anything about you personally.

The contact form on the home page asks for your first name, last name, work email, company, and one line about the workflow that annoys you most. Last name and the workflow line are optional. The rest is required.
That is all of it. The site sets no cookies, loads no advertising scripts, and has no third-party tracker on it.
One technical exception, named for the sake of being complete: the page keeps a single entry in your browser's session storage so it can put you back where you were when you press the back button. It holds a scroll position, it never leaves your browser, and it is gone when you close the tab.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page you landed on, roughly where in the world the request came from, the kind of device, and the site that referred you. That is the whole list.
It is worth saying what it deliberately cannot do, because most analytics can. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you from one visit to the next by IP address, browser fingerprint, or anything else. There is no visitor here to identify, only a count. That is also why there is no cookie banner on this site: there is nothing to consent to.
The five-minute checklist is scored entirely in your browser. Nothing you tick is transmitted, stored, or seen by anyone but you. Close the tab and it is gone.
The hosting platform keeps standard web server logs (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) for security and operations, the way every web server does. Those logs are held by the host, not by CELX Advisory, and are not used to build a profile of you.
When you submit the form, two things happen:
The service providers that touch the data along the way are Lovable (hosting and transactional email), Notion (storage), and Google Workspace (the mailbox that receives it). Each processes the data to run the service and nothing else. Cloudflare sees the analytics counts described above, which are not tied to you.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for marketing. The only reason your details would go anywhere new is a legal obligation.
The booking link opens Google's scheduling page. The newsletter link opens Substack. The footer links to LinkedIn. Once you are on those sites you are under their privacy policies, not this one.
The Execution Gaps newsletter is Guennael Delorme's, hosted on Substack. If you subscribe, Substack holds your email address and Guennael can see it as the publisher. It is used only to send the newsletter.
Contact records are kept for as long as there is a live business reason to keep them, and reviewed at least once a year. Ask for yours to be deleted and it will be, from both the Notion database and the mailbox, within 30 days.
Email privacy@celxadvisory.com and you can ask to see what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. No form, no portal, no verification theater beyond confirming you are writing from the address on the record.
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by law (for example under California's CCPA/CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK). CELX Advisory honors the request either way rather than arguing about which statute applies.
This is a business-to-business advisory site. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes in substance, the effective date at the top changes with it.
